Adullum Estate Pyes Pa - Tauranga

Whatatutu is seen as an idyllic location and community to build this vision due to being situated on a very special whenua that has ready access to awa, maunga and a pa site that has been built as part of the Rangatahi experience while they share a part of their life journey with us as whangai. The land required is available for purchase, the community is behind us, access to fast track housing through a combination of flat pack and recycled housing will help us open our doors sooner while also helping keep project costs down. Past International Projects

Tynan Motors - Kirrawee

Oak Road Kirrawee NSW; successfully negotiated to design, build and project manage this turnkey multi-dealership site, comprising three hi-tech vehicle servicing facilities to service Mazda, Subaru and Honda vehicles all on the same site. Posing many challenges to produce a design to impress the Principal, and the teams at Mazda, Subaru and Honda Australia. The project took 14 months to design and build and met with the approval of all investors. Bringing it in on time and within budget.

William Adams - Laverton

Part of the design, build and project management team to construct and fitout this hi-tech Catepillar Service Centre for heavy trade equipment and vehicles. Our design featured a centralized digital fluid management system managing dispensing and inventory for all lubricants, coolants and chemcials on site, including waste oil, grease and all other waste fluids. A sophisticated brake and suspension testing system conducting all RTA certification tests in the workshop. Two heavy vehicle service pits fitted with the latest European analyzing & testing and service & maintenance tooling and equipment. The two service pits were cooled and heated by a heat exchange system powered by a combination of recycled air and solar energy. The site is located at Ring Road Laverton, Melbourne Australia.

Boyded Holden - Parramatta

Commissioned by Castrol Australia to design and fitout this HSV Service Centre for the Boyded Holden Group in Parramatta, Sydney NSW. The project team partnered with Gilbarco Australia to design and install the onsite fuel system. No expense was spared by the Boyded team, on the technology, with all sophisticated diagnostic, testing, service and maintenance equipment and systems imported directly by us, from branded manufacturers in Germany, Sweden and Italy. This was a seven month project including feasibility, design and compliance / certification approvals by GMH Australia, Parramatta City Council, Sydney Water and the EPA.

Sydney City Toyota - Waterloo

Sydney City Toyota Bourke Street Waterloo was the largest Toyota vehicle servicing facility in the Southern Hemisphere when it opened. The service workshop comprised 200 car service bays in a four level building. It operated fully automated car washes and grooming bays. The facility also operated water recycling and treatment systems earning credits with Sydney Water in grey water management. It also operated a fully computerized fluid management system which linked to the service department's accounts management system and automatically reordered bulk oil and coolant from suppliers. This system also managed their waste oil in compliance to EPA regulations. Time and motion was another major consideration in this project so technologies like the fluid management system allowed the vehicle service technicians to receive engine oil, transmission oil and coolant fills directly to their service bay from the plantroom three (3) stories down in the basement. A Swiss-designed Platronic in floor brake and suspension testing system also eliminated up to 70% requirement for road testing vehicles off site when conducting RTA warrant of fitness checks. A hardcopy document (chute) transporter was also installed over three floors of the building that housed operations allowing hardcopy documents to be transferred office to office, floor to floor within seconds. Project budget $50M. Timeline 18 months.

Gilbert & Roach Huntingwood

Commissioned to design and fit-out this Kenworth & Isuzu truck servicing facility. Located in Huntingwood NSW this facility was built on 15 acres to house four sophisticated in ground air conditioned and ventilated pit systems, sixteen open floor service bays each with automatically reticulated grease, oil and coolant dispensing systems, and waste oil and coolant collection and storage system. The site also incorporated a drive through truck wash system and rain water catchment and mains water recycling systems used in the truck wash and to irrigate the sites grounds.

Retail Centre - CEBU CITY

Scope of work on this project comprised member of the architectural design & project management team, engaging with the principals, city regulationary bodies and construction teams. The project was completed ahead of time and within budget.
